Influence of Mineral Nutrition on Growth and Active Components of Garlic

Abstract

|
|
Investigation of the relationship between the mineral nutrition of garlic and their growth potential is reported in, this study. The plants were. grown in a glasshouse in sand culture at 10-different composition of mineral ions medium and their growth rate observed. The garlic plants in NP 8 group demonstrated significantly high yield.
These yields obtained through the experiment have furnished further study for the establishment of optimum ionic proportional conditions in order to harvest maximum yields by Systematic Variations Method.
